Dr Stillwell graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1972 with his medical degree and commenced his pathology training at the Royal Women’s Hospital in 1976. He was a registrar at St. Vincents Hospital before moving into a role as  consultant pathologist. In 1992, Dr Stillwell joined DOR Pathology and is now the Pathologist in Charge of the lab at Warringal Private Hospital.
